The automated SFTP feature allows you to securely export your survey results and associated data to a location of your choosing.

How to Setup SFTP Export 

1 . Contact your Client Account Manager or message us using the blue chat icon below to let us know you would like to enable SFTP export.  You can also email us at  A member of our team will get back to you shortly.

2. Once enabled, you will need to enter your information via the SFTP setup page within your portal. Access this page under the 'Data' tab in the sidebar navigation menu. 

3. Enter the required credentials on the SFTP setup page and click 'Save and Send Verification Code'

4. This will issue a text file to your server.  To complete setup, enter the code found in the text file once prompted. 

Please note: You may need the assistance of your IT Department of Web Host to setup this feature.  SFTP transfers must utilize a Secure Shell (SSH) connection.
