The Detail Dashboard lets you dig deeper into survey metrics and gauge performance at the organization, division, and provider levels.

Accessing the Dashboard

Access the Detail Dashboard by clicking the 'Details' link on any survey tile on your portal dashboard, or click the link under 'Reports & Comments' in the main navigation.

On this dashboard, admin users see data for the whole organization. Providers see only their own data. Admin users may use the ‘Change view by Location or Provider’ link to view the data as a particular division or provider.

Using the Dashboard

Here are the modules you will find on your survey Detail Dashboard. Some modules are visible only for specific surveys or user types.

Survey Count

Here you’ll find the survey counts for today, 30 days, 90 days, and all time.

Response Rate (Admin Only)

View your response rates broken down by total, SMS (text), email, and IVR. Click the ‘% Details’ button to see additional details such as number of patients surveyed and completed surveys.

Alerts

This is a snapshot of your current alerts. Choose to view alert trends for the past 30, 60, or 90 days with the buttons in the upper right corner.

Basic details for your most recent alerts display below the charts. To view more detailed alert information, click on ‘Alerts’ in the left navigation.

National Benchmark

Here you can view your percentile rank or mean (depending on survey) for each question group by specialty. A percentile rank of 60 indicates you are performing better than 59% of your peers.

To display the benchmarks at the national and specialty levels, click the ‘Benchmarks’ button. Use the drop-down to the left of this button to select a time frame of data to display.

This graph shows Mean Vs. Time and Percentile Rank Vs. Time (only available for certain surveys) for all survey question groups over the past year. When available, use the buttons in the upper right corner to toggle between mean and percentile rank. Click any question group in the chart legend to hide it from the graph.

Wait Times

View your wait time trends for the past year for both the reception area and exam room.

Semantic Keywords (Admin Only)

Here you’ll find a quantitative representation of the emotional keywords in your patient comments. Keywords are assigned a value between -100 (negative) and 100 (positive).

Your overall Semantic Percentile Rank and Semantic Composite over time display on the left.

On the right, you’ll see your mean score and your top five most positive and negative keywords.

Performance Improvement

Your top two improvement opportunities, based on mean score for the last 90 days, are listed here. Green text indicates the score is above the national benchmark, whereas red indicates it is below the national benchmark.

Sort the data in this module by clicking any column header. By default, ten providers display per page; use the drop-down in the lower right corner to display 25 or 50 per page.

Provider Stats

Provider stats are available for select surveys. Quickly view the statistical confidence, national composite rank, and login counts for your providers. Click any column header to sort the data.

Use the buttons in the upper right corner to display data for 30, 60, or 90 days. By default, three providers display; choose to show 25, 50, 100, or all providers using the drop-down at the bottom of the module.

Printing and Downloading Data

Print or download any single module by clicking the hamburger icon and choosing from the options available. You may also click the 'Download Raw Data' link in the upper right corner of the page to download data in CSV format.
