Enable Public Review
Navigate to the 'Public Review' page from the Online Reputation tab on the sidebar navigation.
To turn on Public Review, slide the ‘Enable Public Reviews’ toggle on at the top of the page. Once you have accepted the opt-in disclaimer, you can update your settings. Please note you must have ‘Organization’ user permissions in order to enable this feature.
First, specify for which surveys Public Review should be turned on by enabling the toggle next to each survey name.
To create one Public Review page for your whole organization rather than individual pages for each provider, click the 'Enable Organization Public Review' toggle. Otherwise, leave this toggle disabled to create provider-specific review pages.
If you choose to create an organization page, click the 'Enable Comment Capture and Display' toggle to invite patients to leave comments to be displayed on your organization's review page. Comments will reflect the specific location the patient was seen, but still display on a single organization page. If you leave this toggle disabled, only the overall star rating and calls to action will display on your organization's Public Review page.
Organization Social Media Links
You may add the links to any or all of your organization’s social media pages, if desired.
If you wish to forward a percentage of your patients to your Google Business reviews page upon survey completion, add your Google Business review link to the 'Google' field.
Call to Action
Under ‘Call to Action,’ add your organization’s website URL and phone number, and a custom message to display on the button for each. When you are finished, click ‘Save Changes’ and watch the reviews start to roll in.
