With the Public Review tool, you can specify a percentage of your patients to send directly to your Google Reviews page upon completion of a survey. To do this, you will need to generate a link directly to your Google Business review form.

Google Support has published an article with instructions for generating the link by logging into your Google My Business dashboard. This is the recommended method of obtaining the link to enter on your Public Review settings page. If you obtain the link to your reviews by any other method, it may not work properly on mobile devices.

We highly recommend that you test the link in a new browser window and on a mobile phone before setting up Public Review + Google. If set up properly, the link will open the review form for your organization or location (not the Google search results). This will ensure you get the maximum benefit of Public Review + Google.
