Question Bank allows you to choose from hundreds of community-created questions to add to your core SurveyVitals patient experience surveys. If you can’t find the question you’re looking for, you may also contribute your own questions to the community bank.
When you submit a question request, it is reviewed by the SurveyVitals team before being added to the Question Bank. This is to ensure questions do not interfere with the core survey, are not duplicated, and that question text is standardized to be used across all organizations or like-specialties for benchmarking purposes.
On the ‘Add Questions’ screen, click the ‘New Question +’ button in the upper right corner.
On the New Question Request Form, enter your suggested question text and provide any additional details surrounding your request. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
After you click ‘Submit,’ the SurveyVitals team will review your question and a team member will reach out to you regarding the status of your request.
Once approved, the question will be available within the Question Bank in the portal. You can then apply any filter settings if desired and add to your surveys.
